As a long-standing tradition in recognition of the University’s progress, the Jose Rizal Memorial State University (JRMSU) will be holding a State of the University Address (SOUA) to underscore the transformational breakthroughs contributing to the visionary leadership of its incumbent University President, Dr. Maria Rio Abdon Naguit, and highlighting the collective accomplishments of the JRMSU community during the Calendar Year 2024.

This event will also provide the entire JRMSU community with updates on the University’s current status including its most significant advancements, strategic investments, and recent prestigious accolades, as it continues to endeavor life enhancing innovations with steady efforts to develop local initiatives in view of relevant global impact.
