SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative Officer V (HRMO III)
- Coordinates and supervises overall aspects of personnel activities;
- Interpret laws, rules and regulations, policies to prevailing problems pertinent to personnel action;
- Directs and/or participates in the review of action on personnel matters for conformance to legal for conformance to legal requirements and policies of State University;
- Prepares and updates Service Records of employees;
- Prepares certification of employment
- Prepares and reviews appointments, plantilla of casual appointment, job order; and its supporting documents;
- Prepares publication of vacancy
- Performs the inventory of employees
- Facilitates the ranking of employees for promotion, change of status, etc.
- Updates and reviews Personnel Services Itemization and Plantilla of Personnel (PSIPOP)
- Prepares reports pertaining to human resource as required by CHED, DBM, PASUC and other agencies
- Prepares faculty and personnel profile
- Coordinates with the Human Resource Management Officer of other campuses pertaining to human resource reports required by CHED, PASUC, DBM, etc.
- Performs other related work as may be prescribed by superior;
LINA V. BAGSICAN
Administrative Aide VI (HRMO Clerk)
- Computes and updates leave card of regular and casual employees;
- Prints, distributes, and collects Daily Time Records (DTRs) of employees of the University;
- Prepares Report on absences and tardiness
- Assists the HRMO in performance evaluation.
- Computes undertime and absences of employees
- Receives and distributes incoming and outgoing documents;
- Records and files Office documents;
- Files performance evaluation report
- Files documents
- Performs other related work as may be prescribed by the superior.
CHANSCIELLE JUTINGO
HRMO Staff
- Assists the HRMO in preparing reports
- Submits appointment papers and plantilla of casual appointment to CSC Dipolog Office
- Assist the HRMO in conducting students’ evaluation
- Encodes documents
- Receives and logbook incoming communications
- Performs related works as maybe assigned by superiors.
