RI confers Dr. Balbuena FRIEdr

As Jose Rizal Memorial State University celebrates its 5th Founding Anniversary, Dr. Edgar S. Balbuena, University President, has in time been conferred Fellow of the Royal Institution of Educators (FRIEdr).

As Jose Rizal Memorial State University celebrates its 5th Founding Anniversary, Dr. Edgar S. Balbuena, University President, has in time been conferred Fellow of the Royal Institution of Educators(FRIEdr).

In recognition of his significant qualifications and achievements, Royal Institution (RI) awarded Dr. Edgar S. Balbuena Fellow of the Royal Institution of Educators, Singapore on November 29, 2014 at the Manila Hotel, Philippines. This authorized the President to use the designation FRIEdr, a globally recognized status.

“I hope that my being FRIEdr can be of great leverage in sustaining unity, solidarity, and teamwork among us to spawn excellence and quality education, which I should say the sole statement of our mission and vision”, urged Dr. Balbuena to the members of JRMSU faculty and staff.
