SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

SUZETTE M. HOYOHOY
Administrative Officer V (HRMO III)

  1. Coordinates and supervises overall aspects of personnel activities;
  2. Interpret laws, rules and regulations, policies to prevailing problems pertinent to personnel action;
  3. Directs and/or participates in the review of action on personnel matters for conformance to legal for conformance to legal requirements and policies of State University;
  4. Prepares and updates Service Records of employees;
  5. Prepares certification of employment
  6. Prepares and reviews appointments, plantilla of casual appointment, job order; and its supporting documents;
  7. Prepares publication of vacancy
  8. Performs the inventory of employees
  9. Facilitates the ranking of employees for promotion, change of status, etc.
  10. Updates and reviews Personnel Services Itemization and Plantilla of Personnel (PSIPOP)
  11. Prepares reports pertaining to human resource as required by CHED, DBM, PASUC and other agencies
  12. Prepares faculty and personnel profile
  13. Coordinates with the Human Resource Management Officer of other campuses pertaining to human resource reports required by CHED, PASUC, DBM, etc.
  14. Performs other related work as may be prescribed by superior;

 

LINA V. BAGSICAN
Administrative Aide VI (HRMO Clerk)

  1. Computes and updates leave card of regular and casual employees;
  2. Prints, distributes, and collects Daily Time Records (DTRs) of employees of the University;
  3. Prepares Report on absences and tardiness
  4. Assists the HRMO in performance evaluation.
  5. Computes undertime and absences of employees
  6. Receives and distributes incoming and outgoing documents;
  7. Records and files Office documents;
  8. Files performance evaluation report
  9. Files documents
  10. Performs other related work as may be prescribed by the superior.

RODELYN R. SAGAPSAPAN
Payroll Clerk  (Casual)

  1. Prepares payroll for regular and casual employees
  2. Computes overload of faculty
  3. Computes overtime of administrative staff
  4. Receives incoming documents
  5. Performs other related work as may be prescribed by the superior.

 

CHANSCIELLE JUTINGO
HRMO Staff

  1. Assists the HRMO in preparing reports
  2. Submits appointment papers and plantilla of casual appointment to CSC Dipolog Office
  3. Assist the HRMO in conducting students’ evaluation
  4. Encodes documents
  5. Receives and logbook incoming communications
  6. Performs related works as maybe assigned by superiors.
