System Analyst/Programmer/Instructor

  1. Designs Computer Application/Program;
  2. Designs Database System;
  3. Maintains and enhances enrollment system; and
  4. Performs other related work as may be prescribed by the immediate superior.

 

MARICON DENBER S. GAHISAN
Network Administrator/Instructor

  1. Checks and monitors network connectivity;
  2. Installs network connections;
  3. Maintains and updates network server;
  4. Troubleshoots internet/network problems;
  5. Records statistical network bandwidth usage;
  6. Maintains security firewall and site blocking;
  7. In-charge of server room;
  8. Monitors TSP bandwidth; and
  9. Performs other related work as may be prescribed by the immediate superior.

 

JOSEPH AURELIUS P. JACINTO
Instructor

  1. Assists laboratory technical work upon request by the Computer Laboratory In-charge;
  2. Assists technical I.T. work upon request by the MIS Director;
  3. Performs research work; and
  4. Performs other related work as may be prescribed by the immediate superior.

 

CHRISTIAN JUDE B. CALUNSAG
Web Administrator/ Designer/Instructor

  1. Web developer and maintains JRMSU website;
  2. Monitors page on the front end of the website are loading without errors;
  3. Performs regular back up in both website and database;
  4. Updates Content Management System software and plug ins:
  5. Updates and maintains transparency page;
  6. Cleans web server for unnecessary files and folders;
  7. Graphics and multimedia consultant; and
  8. Performs other related work as may be prescribed by the immediate superior.

 

GENEVIE C. CAIDIC
Administrative Assistant

  1. Arranges/ Files the documents from oldest up to present;
  2. Records the incoming and distributes the outgoing letters;
  3. Follow-up documents submitted to the different offices;
  4. Processes the Daily Time Records of the employees under MIS;
  5. Assists in doing other office works;
  6. Assists the Student Assistant’s daily tasks; and
  7. Performs other related work as may be prescribed by the immediate superior.

 

KEVIN B. SAGUIN
Computer Technician

  1. Maintains the three Laboratory Software needed by the students;
  2. Maintains all computers always in good condition and check all defective computers;
  3. Installs the application software needed in the three laboratories;
  4. Repairs and troubleshoots all defective Computers in the three laboratories;
  5. Formats defective computers if needed;
  6. Checks the computers after using by all the students in their hardware troubleshooting schedule;
  7. Conducts preventive maintenance services to all laboratories as applicable; and
  8. Performs other related work as may be prescribed by the immediate superior.

 

CYRIL L. NERI
Computer Technician

  1. Installs the application software needed in every office;
  2. Repairs and troubleshoots all defective Computers in every office;
  3. Maintains all computers always in good condition and check all defective computers;
  4. Formats defective computers if needed; and
  5. Performs other related work as may be prescribed by the immediate superior.

 

FILLIP JAN R. TAN
Assistant Computer Programmer

  1. Assists in maintaining and in upgrading the current systems;
  2. Assists the Programmer in creating new systems;
  3. Assists in installation of new systems;
  4. Assists in Database Management; and
  5. Performs other related work as may be prescribed by the immediate superior.
