ANOTHER SMART VENTURE JRMSU engages in Contract Signing with Suppliers

As the university envisages to reinforce its committed service to its clientele and other stakeholders, Jose Rizal Memorial State University, through its University President, Dr. Maria Rio Abdon Naguit, extends a warm welcome to partners and suppliers during the conduct of the Contract Signing of new projects on October 7, 2024 at the Office of the University President, JRMSU Dapitan; whereas projects, to wit:

• Construction of Comfort Room along Grandstand “A” (Rebid), PR No. 24-02-0321;
• Improvement of Science Building, PR No. 24-02-0324;
• Supply and Delivery of One (1) Unit Passenger Van, PR No. 24-04-0602;
• Purchase of One (1) Unit Passenger Van, PR No. 24-04-0604;
• Supply, Delivery & Installation of LEDWALL and Materials for Network (Rebid), PR No. 24-04-0570.

Mr. Jorge Denard Malazarte, Head of the Procurement Unit, presented an overview of the contracts of these projects during the ceremony in accordance with BOR Resolution 131-2024 to 135-2024. The suppliers pledged their commitment to provide maximum value for this investment in grateful response to this endeavor. Indeed, JRMSU invests in projects that ensure the efficient access to facilities in utmost consideration of its end users and other stakeholders, as the university anticipates to elevate its steadfast services.

Alver Ageas, Project Development Officer; Atty. Lino P. Viadnes, Legal Unit Head; Engr. Riza Mulle, Supply Officer III; and Mr. Christian Limbago, Buyer I. Also present during the Contract Signing are the BAC Members: Ms. Lourdes T. Vallejos, Ms. Noreen Lagahit, Engr. Suzette Hoyohoy; the Members of BAC TWG: Engr. Carmela M. Liguid and Mr. Johhny Fel M. Garcia, as well as the representatives from SB & T Construction OPC, Toyota Cagayan de Oro Inc, and Kenlex Telecoms.
