Quality Management Continues: JRMSU undergoes ISO 9001:2015 Internal Audit

Fulfilling the commitment to excellence and continuous improvement in its Quality Management Systems (QMS), Jose Rizal Memorial State University (JRMSU) concludes the two-day internal quality audit held on October 1-2, 2024.

Adhering to the ISO 9001:2015 standard, authorized auditors randomly assessed and evaluated offices within the university to facilitate suggestions and recommendations necessary to ensure that the University meets customer and regulatory requirements to further its overall performance.

In his words of Acceptance and Commitment on the Audit Findings, Dr. Patrick G. Galleto, Main Campus Director, expressed his gratitude to the auditors and emphasized the importance of this internal quality audit as a “process of improvement” to attain our “collective goal of providing an exceptional experience for our clienteles, fostering an environment of continuous progress.”

“As we move forward, I want to reaffirm our pledge to not only rectify the identified areas of improvement but also to go above and beyond in ensuring that our operations align with the best practices our university could offer. We see these moments of reflection and refinement as opportunities for growth, and we are excited about the positive impact it will have on our entire community,” he added.
